The Fine Print
Deposit & Payments: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits and balance payments made are non-refundable, however are fully transferable within 2 years of the original reservation date.

Cancellation: You may cancel for any reason, and we will retain any deposit/balance payments made. You will have 2 full years (24 months) to re-book and fully apply any payments made.

Beaches and Big Adventures
Start your day on one of the three beaches inside the resort. Surf world-class waves at Playa Avellanas. Grab a board and look like a pro even if you’re still figuring out which foot goes where. Wander down to Playa Langosta for peaceful mornings, tide pools, and sunsets that basically high-five your soul.

If you want more, the region delivers. Fly through the tree canopy on a zipline. Explore waterfalls that look like Costa Rica turned on its beauty settings to max. Hike through Rincón de la Vieja where volcanic steam vents and bubbling mud pots remind you that the Earth is alive and slightly dramatic. Go snorkeling in calm coves or take a horseback ride along empty beaches with nothing but the ocean breeze for company.

Local Food and Fresh Flavors
Guanacaste takes food seriously. Breakfast might be gallo pinto and eggs with locally grown coffee strong enough to wake up your ancestors. Lunch could be ceviche so fresh it probably had weekend plans. Dinner might be casados piled with grilled fish, sweet plantains, and handmade tortillas.

Around the resort you’ll find everything from tiny local sodas serving home-style plates to beachfront spots where you can eat fish tacos with your toes in the sand.
