Even with the coronavirus pandemic, Costa Rica Guanacaste real estate is quite popular. The borders are closed for foreigners at the moment, and have been for over 2 months now, but we continue receiving inquiries about our beach homes for sale, and real estate in general in our area – we think in part because of the way the country is situated to handle a health crises like this, along with all of the usual reasons people flock to this paradise.

We believe that once the borders open for incoming flights (hopefully soon!), there will be a great demand for Costa Rica Guanacaste real estate, and a big influx of vacationers coming in the country as well.

All homes listed on our website for sale we have built ourselves, and most of our homes are located in the heart of Hacienda Pinilla Resort, an amazing and peaceful nature oasis, that we ourselves, call home :-)

We spend our days waking up in the morning and sipping some good Costa Rican coffee poolside. Then heading off to play our favorite sports, either tennis or golf, or mountain bike (the resort has 40 miles of amazing trails, some sections with ocean views!). Then we relax at home, run some errands, and when 5pm comes, it’s sunset time! We head to the ocean and jump in the water for some much needed saltwater therapy :-)
