We found our dream home in Costa Rica 9 years ago at Hacienda Pinilla Resort, and have not looked back ever since. Steps away from our villa are all the things we love … tennis, golf, pickleball, 3 private white-sand beaches, Beach Club, tasty and varied restaurants, snorkeling, 30 miles of mountain biking, running and hiking trails, and of course tons of animal and plant biodiversity!

We know this first hand when we were going to build our first villa at Hacienda Pinilla, we both had credit scores in the US of over 825, and we were not able to obtain a loan from any bank (in the US or Costa Rica) to build our dream home by the beach.
